Refund Policy

AM Precision Home Inspections values transparency and fairness in all client interactions. The following Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for inspection services.
Inspection Services
Home inspection services are professional services performed at a scheduled date and time. Once an inspection has been completed, all fees are non-refundable, as the service has been fully rendered.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule an inspection by providing at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled inspection time.
Cancellations made with proper notice may be eligible for a full refund or may be applied as a credit toward a future inspection, at our discretion.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time, may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the inspection fee.
Partial Inspections
If an inspection cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control (such as lack of access, unsafe conditions, utilities being shut off, or obstruction of inspection areas), a partial refund or adjusted fee may be issued based on the portion of the inspection completed.
Weather Conditions
Inspections are generally performed rain or shine. In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions, the inspection may be rescheduled at no additional charge.
Report Delivery and Revisions
Refunds will not be issued due to disagreement with inspection findings or report content. However, we encourage clients to contact us with any questions or requests for clarification, and we are happy to review concerns related to the inspection report.
Payment Disputes
Any billing or payment disputes must be submitted in writing within a reasonable timeframe following the inspection. We will review all concerns in good faith.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
